• Insurance check — general liability and workers' compensation certificates on file, so an on-roof accident is never your liability
• Local footprint — a physical North Texas address, local references, and work history we can actually verify
• Behavior — no high-pressure tactics, no doorstep contracts, no oversold replacements. Homeowner complaints trigger review; a pattern ends the relationship

The Money, Transparently

You pay us nothing, ever. Contractors compensate us for introductions — it replaces what they'd spend on advertising, with one big difference: ads don't get revoked for bad behavior, and our referrals do. What We're Not
